1751.02 ENFORCEMENT AGENCY.

The Mayor, the City Building Inspector, and one member at large, to be selected by and to serve at the will and pleasure of the Mayor, shall comprise the agency responsible for the enforcement of this article. Additionally, the ranking Health Officer and Fire Chief shall serve as ex officio members of said enforcement agency. (4-6-89.)
