All outdoor advertisements, advertising signs and advertising structures shall be removed by the permittee within thirty days after the date of the expiration or revocation of the permit for the same. Any permittee failing to remove any such advertisement, advertising sign or advertising structure within such thirty days shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
