In the installation of all mobile homes, including mobile home park requirements, the specifications to be met, the materials to be used, the methods to be employed and the standards of workmanship shall conform to the nationally accepted standards as delineated and prescribed in the National Fire Protection Association standard for the installation of mobile homes, including mobile home park requirements (NFPA 501A-1977 edition); provided, that in any case where any State statute imposes standards for the installation of mobile homes, where the standards adopted by this section would normally apply, the standards established by such statutes shall be applied in lieu of and shall be deemed to supersede the standards adopted by this section.
