1309.04 SURFACE WATER (STORM WATER) SEWERS.

(a) Surface water (storm water) sewers shall be the proper diameter specified by the Department Head (twenty-four inches or larger, unless otherwise specified.) Manholes shall be installed for every two hundred feet of pipe and at every curve or change in diameter, direction or slope.

(b) On the ends of smaller pipelines, lamp holes or clean outs shall be constructed.
