1305.12  FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF STREET; DEDICATIONS.
   The approval of the final plat by the City Council shall constitute acceptance of the dedication of any public street, road or highway dedicated in such plat.
