(a) The City is divided into six wards, with the boundaries of such wards to be as follows:
(1) First Ward. South corporation line to and including the north side of North Street.
(2) Second Ward. East of State Route 2 (Third Street) from, but not including, North Street north to and including south side of Long Street.
(3) Third Ward. West of State Route 2 (Third Street) from, but not including, North Street north to and including south side of Long Street.
(4) Fourth Ward. North side of Long Street to and including Albert Street (to dead-end) on the east and to, but not including, south side of Sampson Drive on the west, including State Route 2 from north side of Long Street to south side of Sampson Drive.
(5) Fifth Ward. East side of State Route 2: From Sampson Drive to, but not including, Paducah Drive. West side of State Route 2: from south side of Sampson Drive to south side of Mound Street.
(6) Sixth Ward. East side of State Route 2: From south side of Paducah Drive to north corporation line, including east side of State Route 2 in this area.
West side of State Route 2: From north side of Mound Street to north corporation line, including east side of State Route 2 from Mound Street to corporation line.
(b) A map reflecting the boundaries of six wards is on file in the office of the city recorder and incorporated herein by reference.
(c) One councilman shall be elected from each of such six wards.
