(a) Authority. The Electric Department General Manager be, and hereby is, authorized to execute the Power Sales Schedule dated March 1, 2010, substantially in the form attached hereto.
(b) Validity. All formal actions of the Common Council concerning and relating to the adoption of this section were adopted in an open meeting of the Common Council, and that all deliberations of the Common Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action took place in meetings open to the public and in compliance with all legal requirements.
