305.08 VIOLATIONS SUBJECT TO MISDEMEANOR CLASSIFICATION.

Except as otherwise provided, any person violation the rules and regulations promulgated in connection with this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor which shall be classified as provided in Section 303.99
