513.15 ALLOWING DRUG ABUSE.
   (a)   No person, being the owner, operator or person in charge of a locomotive, watercraft, aircraft or other vehicles as defined in Ohio R.C. 4501.01(A), shall knowingly allow such vehicle to be used for commission of a Misdemeanor Drug Abuse Offense.
   (b)   No person, being the owner, lessee or occupant, or having custody, control or supervision of premises, or real estate, including vacant land, shall knowingly allow premises, or real estate, including vacant land, to be used for commission of a Misdemeanor Drug Abuse Offense by another person.
   (c)   For purposes of this Section, “Misdemeanor Drug Abuse Offense” shall mean the violation of any of the sections set forth hereafter, for which the potential penalty would constitute a misdemeanor; 513.02 (Gift of Marihuana), 513.03, (Drug Abuse; Controlled Substance Possession or Use), 513.04 (Possessing Drug Abuse Instruments), 513.06 (Illegal Cultivation of Marihuana), 513.07 (Possessing or Using Harmful Intoxicants), 513.08 (Illegally Dispensing Drug Samples), 513.11 (Harmful Intoxicants; Possessing Nitrous Oxide in Motor Vehicle), 513.12 (Drug Paraphernalia), 513.121 (Marihuana Drug Paraphernalia), 513.13 (Counterfeit Controlled Substances).
   (d)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of allowing drug abuse, a minor misdemeanor; on a second offense within one year of the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
