141.01 ESTABLISHED; MEMBERS.
   A Records Commissions shall be established whose membership shall consist of:
   (a)   The Mayor or his appointed representative as Chairman.
   (b)   The Clerk-Treasurer.
   (c)   The Village Solicitor.
   (d)   A citizen, appointed by the Mayor, who shall serve for three years.
      (Ord. 80-13. Passed 11-18-80.)
