955.12 OBEDIENCE TO VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR.

It shall be unlawful for any person to refuse or fail to comply with any lawful order, signal, or direction of the Village Administrator. No person shall resist, hinder, obstruct, or abuse the Village Administrator, under any of the provisions applicable on or about the Recreation Park or Reservoir or contiguous Village owned property.
