Persons using the New London Recreation Park or the New London Upground Raw Water Storage Reservoir and Village lands and facilities adjacent and contiguous thereto shall do so at their own risk. The Village assumes no liability toward persons using Village lands or facilities contiguous or adjacent to said Park or Reservoir. The Village assumes no liability whatsoever for the safety of boat slips, or moorings, or the operators or users thereof or passengers therein of thereon. (Ord. 2022-02. Passed 2-14-22.)
