955.06 WATERCRAFT.

Use of watercraft on the New London Up ground Raw Water Reservoir by the general public shall be permitted and authorized subject to the rules and regulations hereinafter set forth as hereinafter may be recommended by the Village Administrator and the Water Superintendent and approved by the Council.
