Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to immediate revocation of license and shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Whoever displays or maintains for operation any mechanical amusement device without license, or after revocation thereof, shall be fined not more than ten dollars ($10.00) per day for each day in violation hereof.
