541.10 TAMPERING WITH WATER METERS PROHIBITED.
   (a)   No person shall tamper with or break the seal on a water meter placed by the Water Department in any residence or place of business.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
