(a) Sections 351.01
through 351.16
, with the exception of Section 351.03
(a)(4), Section 351.03
(a)(10), Section 351.04
, and Section 351.09
, shall impose a minimum fine of thirty dollars ($30.00), with a penalty of an additional five dollars ($5.00) if the fine is not paid within 48 hours of issuance of the citation for any of the parking offenses found in Sections 351.01
through 351.16
, for a first offense.
(b) Whoever violates Section 351.03(a)(4), parking within ten feet of a fire hydrant shall be fined a minimum of seventy-five dollars ($75.00), with a penalty of an additional five dollars ($5.00) if the fine is not paid within 48 hours of issuance of the citation for this offense.
(c) Whoever violates Section 351.03(a)(10), parking within twenty feet of a driveway entrance to any fire station and, on the side of the street opposite the entrance to any fire station, within seventy-five feet of the entrance when it is properly posted with signs; shall be fined a minimum of seventy-five dollars ($75.00), with a penalty of an additional five dollars ($5.00) if the fine is not paid within 48 hours of issuance of the citation for this offense.
