351.09 TRUCK LOADING ZONES.
   (a)   No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle for any purpose or length of time other than for the expeditious unloading and delivery or pickup and loading of materials in any place marked as a truck loading zone during hours when the provisions applicable to such zones are in effect. In no case shall the stop for loading and unloading of materials exceed thirty minutes.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; the minimum penalty for a violation of this section shall be seventy-five dollars ($75.00), with a penalty of an additional five dollars ($5.00) if the fine is not paid within 48 hours of issuance of the citation for this offense. On a second offense within one year after the first offense, the offender is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the offender is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
