(A) Monument signs shall not exceed 75 square feet in area.
(B) Monument type ground sign shall not have a height exceeding six feet measured from the ground.
(C) Pole or pylon signs exceed a height of six feet but shall not have a height greater than 20 feet from the ground to top of sign.
(D) Pole or pylon sign shall not exceed 100 square feet in area.
(E) Signs may be illuminated.
