§ 138.16 ESTABLISHMENT OF AN OPERATION OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA CULTIVATION, PROCESSING AND RETAIL DISPENSARIES PROHIBITED.

The establishment and/or operation of medical marijuana cultivation, processing and/or retail dispensary thereof, shall be and hereby is prohibited within the boundaries of the municipality in order to protect the health, safety, morals and welfare of the residents of New Lebanon, Ohio.
