§ 154.305 EXPIRATION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION.
   Unless terminated by the municipality at an earlier date, a Certificate of Registration shall be valid for the period of five years from the date of issuance by the municipality. It shall be the sole responsibility of the provider or person to submit any and all renewals with the appropriate fees.
