§ 152.051 PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES.
   (A)   Single-family dwellings.
   (B)   Primary, intermediate, and/or secondary schools.
   (C)   Publicly owned and operated buildings and facilities, the location of which has been fixed by studies.

   (E)   Public parks, playgrounds, and community centers.
