§ 151.14 EFFECTIVE DATE; RETROACTIVE APPLICATION.
   (A)   Effective date. These regulations shall become effective from and after the date of their approval and adoption by the Municipal Council, after public hearing and certification to the County Recorder. Thereafter, any other regulations previously adopted by the Municipal Council or the Municipal Planning Commission shall be deemed to be repealed.
   (B)   Retroactive application. These regulations shall not apply to any subdivision having received preliminary approval prior to the effective date established herein, unless any changes to the preliminary plat are introduced by the subdivider. In such a case these regulations shall apply, but if appropriate, the subdivision may request and the Municipal Planning Commission grant a variance, as provided for herein at § 151.11.
