The Uniform Building Code, being the 1992 CABO Code and amendments thereto, as adopted by Montgomery County, Ohio, is adopted with all its provisions and revisions as the Uniform Building Code for the Municipality of New Lebanon, Ohio. The code adopted contains regulations pertaining to the erection, construction, repair, alteration and maintenance of single-family, two-family, and three-family dwellings, with the exception of Appendix C and Appendix F. This building code is adopted and incorporated by reference as fully as if set out at length herein. Copies of the code adopted herein are on file with the Municipal Clerk for inspection by the public, and one copy shall be on file in the county law library. Copies shall be available for distribution to the public at cost from the Municipal Clerk.
