(A) No person shall enter without lawful authority or supervision on the land or premises in the vicinity of the sewage disposal plant, the fenced area of the water towers and adjacent municipal buildings, the water booster station, the iron removal plant, the water pump houses, or any other municipal buildings owned or operated by the municipality.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of criminal trespass, a misdemeanor of the third degree.
