§ 114.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any provision of this chapter, shall be fined as a first offense, not less than $5 nor more than $50. Whoever violates or fails to comply with any provision of this chapter as a subsequent offense, shall be fined not more than $100.
