§ 113.08 SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE.

Whenever a licensee shall for a period of 60 days fail to make a reasonable or consistent effort to operate any taxicab or taxicabs, the Municipal Manager may either suspend or revoke such license. This power to suspend or revoke shall not limit the powers granted to the Municipal Manager elsewhere in this code.
