In addition to the information required by § 110.02 (business permit application form), each applicant for a taxicab license shall present and file with the Director of Finance and Records the applicant's signed application setting forth the trade name under which the applicant intends to do business; the number of vehicles and a general description of each vehicle for which a license is desired, the marking or lettering to be used thereon; and any other information required by the Director of Finance and Records pertinent to the issuance of such license.
