Each registration shall expire the December 31 following the date of initial issuance and may be renewed by making an application under § 98.03 at least 60 days before the expiration date. If a renewal is denied, a new registration shall not be issued until problems with the WTF are corrected. If the basis for denial has been corrected within 180 days, a new registration certificate may be granted.
