§ 98.05 ANNUAL REGISTRATION RENEWAL FEE.

The annual registration renewal fee for each WTF is $250. In addition, any costs borne by the municipality for independent third party technical experts, associated with monitoring and evaluation of NIER standards per § 98.06 shall be paid for by the WTF owner.
