§ 97.25 CITY ORDER FOR CONSTRUCTION OR REPAIR.
   When Council determines construction or repair is required, work shall be ordered in conformance with R.C. Ch. 729, Assessments-Sidewalks; Sewers. Specifically, the municipality shall notify the abutting property owner 30 days (during the construction season, which is normally considered to be May 1 to October 1) to construct or repair the sidewalks, curbs and gutters, driveway approaches, and ramps, according to the requirements set by the municipality. In the event construction or repair is not completed within the specified time, Council shall authorize the construction or repair of the improvements and assess the cost of the improvements to the abutting property owner or land of the owner.
