The Municipal Engineer is authorized and directed to investigate and submit written reports and recommendations to the Municipal Manager on an annual basis, or as otherwise determined by the Municipal Manager as to the areas where construction or repair of sidewalks, curbs and gutters, driveway approaches, and ramps is required in accordance with the policies provided herein.
