§ 97.05 PROHIBITION ON DEPOSITING OF SNOW AND ICE.

No owner, lessee, occupant, private contractor or his agent or employee shall cause to be removed from his property, any accumulations of snow or ice, by depositing such accumulations of snow or ice, other than on the nearest curb, into or upon any street, alley or sidewalk within the Municipality.
