Any person violating any of the provisions of the rules and regulations adopted in § 95.02 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Upon the first violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, any person may be fined a sum not to exceed $100. Upon the second or subsequent violations of this chapter, any person may be banned by the Municipal Administrator from the New Lebanon parks for a period of up to one year and may be fined a sum not to exceed $250.
