Electrical usage at municipal parks, including all community-wide events at park facilities, will be the responsibility of the municipality and be paid as part of the annual budget appropriation for the operation and maintenance of parks within the corporate limits of New Lebanon, Ohio. No costs for electrical usage at the parks will be the responsibility of a sponsoring organization or festival.
