§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of § 93.01 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of § 93.02 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.

   (C)   Whoever violates § 93.03(F) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.

   (D)   Whoever violates any provision of § 93.04 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. The sentencing court may, in addition to or in lieu of the penalty provided in this division, require a person who violates § 93.04 to remove litter from any public or private property or in or on waters of the municipality.

   (E)   Whoever violates any provision of § 93.05 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
