§ 93.20 PERIODIC CUTTING OF WEEDS REQUIRED.
   (A)   No owner, lessee, agent, or tenant having ownership or possession of land within this municipality shall fail to keep the property free and clear of all noxious weeds, as such are determined by the State Director of Agriculture, pursuant to the authority granted the Director by R.C. § 907.10(B)(2).
   (B)   No owner, lessee, agent, or tenant having ownership or tenant having ownership or possession of land within this municipality shall fail to cut all noxious weeds, as determined by the State Director of Agriculture, and any other vegetation, including grasses, on land owned or in possession of him, her or it, at least once each month, between April 1 and October 31, or, in any event, whenever such weeds or vegetation have grown to a height of seven inches or more.
