§ 91.41 APPLICATION.
   (A)   All applications for permits required by this Fire Prevention Code shall be made to the Fire Marshal in the form and detail as he or she shall prescribe. Applications for permits shall be accompanied by plans or drawings as required by the Fire Marshal for evaluation of the application.
   (B)   Before a permit may be issued, the Fire Marshal shall inspect and approve the receptacles, vehicles, buildings, or storage places to be used. In cases where laws or regulations enforceable by departments other than the Bureau of Fire Safety and Prevention are applicable, joint approval shall be obtained from all departments concerned.
