(A) Any person aggrieved by a decision or interpretation by the Fire Official made under the provisions of the Unified Fire Code or Unified Building Code may appeal the decision to the Unified Board of Building Standards and Appeals as established under § 118.0 of the Unified Building Code.
(B) Any person aggrieved by a decision of interpretation by the Fire Official made under provisions of the Fire Prevention Code, that are not contained within the Unified Fire Code or Unified Building Code and are not subject to appeal according to Section 118.0 of the Unified Building Code, may appeal from the decision of the Fire Official to Council within 30 days from the date of the decision appealed.
