§ 91.03 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   CORPORATION COUNSEL. When used in the Fire Prevention Code, means the Law Director for the municipality.

   DIRECTOR OF THE BUREAU OF FIRE SAFETY AND PREVENTION. Either the Chief of the Fire Department of the municipality or the Fire Marshal of the municipality.

   FIRE OFFICIAL. When used in the Fire Prevention Code, the Fire Chief, Fire Marshal, or their duly authorized representative.

   MUNICIPALITY. When used in the Fire Prevention Code, the municipality of New Lebanon.
