§ 70.98 VIOLATIONS SUBJECT TO MISDEMEANOR CLASSIFICATION.

Except as otherwise provided, any person violating the rules and regulations promulgated in connection with this Title is guilty of a misdemeanor which shall be classified as provided in § 70.99.
