§ 70.24 APPLICATION TO PERSONS RIDING OR DRIVING ANIMALS UPON ROADWAY.
   Every person riding, driving, or leading an animal upon a roadway shall be subject to the provisions of this Title applicable to the driver of a vehicle, except those provisions of sections which by their nature are inapplicable.
