§ 9. CURB AND CORPORATION COCKS UNDER CONTROL OF VILLAGE.

The curb shut off as well as the corporation cocks shall be under the absolute control of the Village and must not be tampered with or interfered with or operated by unauthorized persons. Water may be turned into premises to be supplied by an authorized employee of the Village or its authorized representative only.
