The following positions and/or individuals are hereby appointed to the Enterprise Zone Tax Abatement Negotiating Team:
(A) The Municipal Manager or his or her designee;
(B) The Enterprise Zone Manager (if distinct from the Municipal Manager) or, if none, the Assistant to the Municipal Manager;
(C) The Director of Community and Economic Development for Montgomery County or his or her designee;
(D) An individual appointed by the New Lebanon Board of Education or its designee; and,
(E) An individual appointed by the Board of the Miami Valley Career Technology Center or its designee.
