The Municipal Council hereby authorizes the Board of County Commissioners of Montgomery County, Ohio, to designate a portion of the municipality as an Enterprise Zone as defined by the Ohio Enterprise Zone Act, R.C. §§ 5709.61 - 5709.69. The portion of the municipality so designated shall be as described in Exhibit “A” attached to Ordinance 2000-27, passed August 15, 2000, and incorporated herein by reference, and shall be coextensive with the municipality’s corporate limits.
