(A) The village hereby imposes a 5% municipal video service provider fee on the gross revenues, including advertising revenue as defined in R.C. § 1332.32 (Amended Senate Bill No. 117), of only those video service providers operating within the Municipality of New Lebanon pursuant to state video service authorization, and to be effective upon the effective date of Amended Substitute Senate Bill No. 117.
(B) The Municipal Manager is authorized to undertake whatever actions are necessary to implement the provisions of this legislation.
(C) Any funds received by the Chief Financial Officer as a result of the fee established in this section shall be deposited into the General Fund.
