(A) Payments will be made to the order of the Municipality of New Lebanon.
(B) Cash, personal checks, traveler's or cashier's checks, and money orders are acceptable payment forms.
(C) Returned non-sufficient funds checks may be subject to a $39.00 returned check fee provided cause is shown.
(D) At the discretion of the Municipal Manager, individuals or businesses may be required to pay in a guaranteed form of payment acceptable to the Municipal Manager provided cause is shown.
