§ 34.58 ASSISTANT CHIEF.
   The Fire Chief shall identify an officer as OIC in the absence or disability of the Chief, to perform all the functions and exercise all of the authority of the Chief. In the incapacity of the Chief the Director of Public Safety or Municipal Manager shall identify an officer as OIC.
