§ 34.51 COMPOSITION AND CONTROL OF FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   The Fire Department shall be composed of a Chief of the Fire Department and other officers, firefighters, and employees provided for by ordinance. The Fire Chief when called, as part of emergency management, must be able to be on site of an emergency within 12 minutes. Composition and control of the Fire Department shall be compliant with R.C. § 737.08.
