§ 34.03 PUBLIC SAFETY DIRECTOR.

(A) There shall be appointed a Public Safety Director who shall have the duty of administering the overall activities of both the Police Department and the Fire Department within the Department of Public Safety.

(B) The Public Safety Director shall be considered a “Law Enforcement Officer” of the village and as such must maintain compliance with R.C. § 109.801.
