§ 31.02 AUTHORIZED SIGNATURE ON CHECKS DISBURSED BY MUNICIPALITY.
   All checks issued or disbursed by the municipality shall be signed by any two of the following officials:
   (A)   The Director of Finance and Records.
   (B)   The Mayor.
   (C)   The Municipal Manager.
